It's not the first time Dean's been kissed by his brother.
Not by a long shot. No, this shit started years ago. It all seemed like nothing at the time. A fleeting brush of Sam's lips against Dean's temple when they hugged after one or the other of them had come back from the dead.
Then more. The press of lips to an injured body part, a cheek, a hand. Then an open mouthed smooch in the joy of being alive after an intense battle.
The first time that happened it kicked Dean right in the guts. Sam carried on like it was nothing, but for Dean, it was huge.
