He gets whammied by a recording of a truth spell, possibly something once used like they use the recording of the demon exorcism. Just hearing it causes him to spill his guts with all honesty for a couple of hours until it wears off.

All sorts of juicy details come out. I'd kill for you. I have killed for you. I wish we could be closer, I want to share things with you that brothers shouldn't share (wish granted, Sammy, Dean says).

Probably not necessarily the fact that he wants to do Dean or anything, I want this to be organic, not a previous crush thing.
