I just want Sam or Dean getting a piercing in secret (nipples preferred for Dean, dick preferred for Sam) and the other brother gets OBSESSED when they eventually find out. Straight up cannot stop thinking about it, it's basically an intrusive thought that won't go away. Do they ask to see it? Does the other brother tease them or offer to show off the piercing instead? It's all good with me. Just want it to happen and for things to heat up as soon as it's obvious just how much of a piercing kink they both have.
