Not even a sex thing, tho that could be a thing. More character study. How would he actually react on a normal day if all his inhibitions were suddenly gone?

How. Why. Who does it to him and for what purpose. Dean's quite closed off most of the time. He's got walls. Why would someone choose to break them down?

Could be accidental. Something he stumbled across in the bunker. That doesn't tend to be something that happens, though. If something happens to them like that, it would tend to be targeted.

So someone wants information from him. An angel could do it.
