Succubus, as the female aspect, feed on love (rewatch succubus ep for confirmation - confirmation - it wasn't even a fucking succubus - it was a siren - so far there is no incubus/succubus lore in spn (wrong, Dean referenced working a succubus case with that hunter they ran into in the town filled with vice because the priest and the bartender were demons), so I could do whatever the fucking hell I liked), Incubus, as the male aspect, feed on sex. They can appear as either sex (canon), but perhaps the succubus=female and incubus=male lore is a product of historical narrowmindedness and the greater numbers (because statistics) of heterosexual victims.

Incubus, Sam and Dean work a job where guys are disappearing from a bar or club. They arrive to discover its a gay establishment. I need to work out the deets better.

The siren used oxytocin, the love hormone, to ensnare it's victims. The Incubus will use sex pheromones.

This needs to be funny. So, low on angst, high on the ridiculous. This'll work better using junk science to explain the lore (see link).
